The journey to the grand finale began with two intense qualifier rounds, held in July and August, where the top six startups were shortlisted by an independent jury of investors and industry experts from a pool of over 100 applicants from around the world. Competition Categories
Competing startups will showcase innovations across two main categories:
AI Startups: Robotics, Conversational AI, Cybersecurity, Generative AI, Robotics Process Automation, Big Data, Digital Twin, Data Centres, Computer Vision, and Autonomous Vehicles.
Web3 Startups: Blockchain Technology, Cryptocurrency, Smart Contracts, Decentralised Finance (DeFi), Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), Metaverse, Decentralised Autonomous Organisations (DAOs), 3D Graphics, Edge Computing, AR, VR, and XR.
Eligibility Criteria for Startups
- Must be in their idea or MVP stage, ideally bootstrapped, and in their pre-seed or seed stage.
- Revenue must not exceed $250K per annum.
- Open to all tech-enabled startups with a futuristic vision.
- Open to startups from around the globe.
- Must be able to attend in person and pitch live in Dubai.
